Through our dedicated account service department, we have organized our account representatives around each specific business unit. These full time representatives are all cross-trained to handle client inquiries fast and efficiently from any market area that Harvard services.
The individual units that support client services each have an experienced team leader who understands the need for quality control. These units include: Posting, MIS Electronic Reporting, Correspondence, Data Entry, and Billing.
